In-house software
Over the past several years HIT has built investment software that ingests fundamentals, prices, and research workflow so a small team can analyze thousands of securities in more depth than a manual process allows. That is an operations advantage in a market where sell-side coverage is thin.
What stays off this website
We do not publish factor recipes, broker screens, or a live book. Prospective partners should expect to see process, people, and — after a review — counsel-approved materials. They should not expect a data dump of the pipeline.
Qualitative overlay
Management incentives, related-party risk, accounting that does not travel across borders, and industry structure are pulled forward so they are not a last-minute veto on a pretty multiple. The software gets names to the door. Judgment decides who walks through.
